Shift y tus datos

Resumen

Shift no crea cuentas, no incluye publicidad, no rastrea al usuario y no transmite datos personales a servidores propios. La información de hábitos, diario, metas, rutinas y reflexiones se guarda localmente en el dispositivo.

Salud

Si autorizas HealthKit, Shift puede leer pasos, energía activa, sueño, variabilidad del ritmo cardiaco y frecuencia cardiaca en reposo para mostrarte tendencias personales. Estos datos no se venden, no se usan para publicidad y no se comparten con terceros. Puedes retirar el acceso desde Ajustes o Salud en cualquier momento.

Inteligencia en el dispositivo

Las funciones inteligentes disponibles se ejecutan en el dispositivo. Shift no proporciona diagnóstico médico o psicológico ni sustituye atención profesional.

Voz y micrófono

El dictado comienza al tocar el micrófono y requiere permiso. Shift solicita reconocimiento en el dispositivo cuando está disponible. Si no lo está, el servicio de reconocimiento de Apple puede procesar el audio y necesitar conexión. Puedes detener la escucha o escribir sin usar el micrófono. Shift no conserva archivos de audio: guarda el texto cuando eliges organizar tu registro.

Compras

Las compras y suscripciones son procesadas por Apple mediante StoreKit. Shift recibe únicamente el estado necesario para habilitar las funciones adquiridas; Apple administra los datos de pago.

Shift and your data

Shift creates no account, contains no advertising, does not track users, and does not send personal data to our own servers. Habit, journal, goal, routine, and reflection data is stored locally on the device.

Health

If you authorize HealthKit, Shift can read steps, active energy, sleep, heart-rate variability, and resting heart rate to show personal trends. This data is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties. You can revoke access in Settings or Health at any time.

On-device intelligence

Available intelligence features run on the device. Shift does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis and does not replace professional care.

Voice and microphone

Dictation starts when you tap the microphone and requires permission. Shift requests on-device recognition when available. Otherwise, Apple’s recognition service may process the audio and require a connection. You can stop listening or type without using the microphone. Shift does not retain audio files: it saves text when you choose to organize an entry.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Shift receives only the status needed to unlock purchased features; Apple manages payment data.

概要

ヘルスケア

HealthKitへのアクセスを許可した場合、Shiftは歩数、アクティブエネルギー、睡眠、心拍変動、安静時心拍数を読み取り、個人の傾向を表示できます。このデータを販売、広告への利用、第三者への共有はしません。アクセスは「設定」または「ヘルスケア」でいつでも取り消せます。

端末内の知的機能

利用可能な知的機能は端末内で実行されます。Shiftは医学的・心理学的な診断を提供せず、専門家によるケアに代わるものではありません。

音声とマイク

音声入力はマイクをタップすると始まり、許可が必要です。利用できる場合、Shiftは端末内の音声認識を使用します。それ以外の場合は、Appleの音声認識サービスが音声を処理し、接続が必要になることがあります。聴き取りを停止したり、マイクを使わずに入力したりできます。Shiftは音声ファイルを保存しません。記録を整理する操作を選んだ時に、テキストを保存します。

購入

購入とサブスクリプションは、StoreKitを通じてAppleが処理します。Shiftは購入した機能を有効にするために必要な状態情報のみを受け取ります。支払い情報はAppleが管理します。
